While there are many other classes and events along with personal reading and reiki work, I usually just come on the 2nd Friday for the sound bath. More peace location than others I have attended a sound bath. Chakra alignment is also done during the bath. It costs $30 a time and you can pay online or bring the cash that day. While registration is recommended, walk ins are welcome. It is a very peaceful mind journey part restful and part healing. You need to bring a yoga mat and blanket, but I bring a folding chair since my old bones don't do hard floors. It is close to home and healing the spirit along with the body so I will keep coming back monthly.
Linda is the real deal! I’ve been going to her for years off and on. Just recently went back after a while due to crippling upper back pain. In one session she released my whole upper back. She really took her time and made sure the whole time that I was comfortable with the pressure. She finished by cupping my back which just helped all of my muscles release. I’ve had massages before where they didn’t even feel good but Linda knows how to make the whole experience great. From the calm lighting and relaxing music to the relaxing tone of her voice. Left the massage suite feeling like I could sleep for 24 hours. The hot stone treatment Linda does is the best version of this that I’ve ever experienced. The whole 75 minutes is spent with stones on your body with the work rotating around. This massage is what I treat myself to when I need to shut out all the mental stimuli. I couldn’t recommend this highly enough.
