The owner here is always so pleasant and professional! He knows all his customers by name, even when I hadn’t been there in a while! We are always pleased with the cleaning service. I would definitely recommend this place for your dry cleaning needs.

Touch of Class did an incredible job. I called them last minute, 2 hours before I was attending a wedding, and they steamed my dress to perfection within 5 minutes!!!! Such generous staff and high quality work.

Had my wife's suit cleaned here for the first and last time. For starters, a button was ripped off the suit jacket. Further, there were multiple snags on the jacket and skirt. The suit was brand new and had never been worn. Very disappointed in the damage done to her suit.Since this incident, the owner almost immediately reached out to me and I need to follow up with him. So, more to come.I had to upgrade this review to 5 stars. Spoke with the owner Tae and he was very apologetic and accommodating. He mentioned that customer service is first and foremost in his heart and I was so glad to hear that as it's quite rare these days. We agreed to a refund for the cleaning cost...read full review
