Called Sir Williams on my lunch break and Bill was here within an hour (this was not an immediate emergency). Extremely knowledgeable, straight-shooter, and presumably diagnosed our water infiltration issue within minutes. No pressure or upselling. He wants business built on reputation and referrals which I really appreciate. Top notch.
Great experience with Sir Williams Gardens - they put in a french drain and dry well and a channel drain for us as our garage kept flooding. They responded very quickly to our initial inquiry and provided a lot of information during the entire process and the work process was smooth and professional. Would highly recommend them.As some others have said - their services are on the pricier side - but for the value of the service and lack of hassle it was definitely worth it! I am confident that we won't need to have the work re-done and that it was a solid investment for our home.In terms of 'proof' of how well it is working - we just had massive rains/storming... read full review
