The vet techs and other staff are incredible as well. They are kind, knowledgeable, and professional with an amazing staff of doctors and supporting administration. Every interaction goes seamlessly. They are very accommodating, friendly, and wonderful with pets. They spend so much time explaining recovery and are knowledgeable with an amazing demeanor. They sit on the floor with the pet to make them comfortable. With Saturday hours and a clean facility, the hospital provides a welcoming and convenient experience for pets and their owners alike.
Always caring, compassionate and accomadating. All the staff clearly loves animals and goes above and beyond to care for them. I have been a client here for at least 35 yrs....and highly recommend them.
when i took my little chihuahua mix in for her yearly wellness check….i couldn’t be more pleased with dr walters and the vet assistant (my bad i can’t remember her name) they were absolutely wonderful with rosie…..they were so kind and gentle with her…..what could have traumatic experience (getting shots & having blood drawn) was handled with care & gentleness……if i could give a 10 star review i would….
Today was our first visit to Roose. Dr. Walter’s was absolutely amazing. Spent so much time with us explaining recovery for our dog. So knowledgeable and an amazing demeanor. Sat right on the floor with the dog to make her comfortable. We will never take our dog anywhere else but here. Bella thanks you from the bottom of her heart.
