From the moment I started speaking with the customer service rep RoofAdvisor has been nothing but accommodating, kind, and knowledgeable. I am In awe of the customer service we just received from Paul with RoofAdvisor! After working around my daughter’s nap time, Paul arrived as anticipated with a smile on his face! While looking at the issue from the inside I could tell immediately that he knew what he was talking about. He then went outside and before I knew it he was all done and had fixed the issue! Roof advisors deliver on promises, Paul is a stand up guy who will address any issues you have.
Came out a year after new roof was installed and took care of any small issues an inspector found during the sale of my home.
They do great work and then stand behind it.

Before this crew started working they made sure shrubs were covered and any furniture etc. outside around the condo was moved. If we couldn’t move they were more then happy to help us. They did a great job on our roof and I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for getting their roof replaced.
