The owner and his crew were amazing! They delivered everything they promised and more! They were on time, cleaned up the site every day before they left, communicated well, were friendly and professional and their craftsmanship was the absolute best! They addressed all repairs and even did some repairs at no cost! Their prices were reasonable and competitive and I would recommend Renaissance Roofing to everyone!
Very professional in all steps of the process. Work was explained to us in detail and in language we would understand. They listened to us and our concerns. As a ex-roofer (many, many year ago) felt and saw they knew what they were doing.
I had a really good experience with Renaissance Roofing in June of 2025. Despite the weather being insanely hot, Donald DePriest and Mike were up on my roof, in my attic, and listening to my concerns.
I really appreciated how Donald went out of his way to be helpful during the inspection. He tightened down some vent stacks, explained to me why my ventilation needed some help, and, after seeing my DIY roof repairs, even took the time to explain to me how the pros fix nail pops.
Also shout out to Trish in the office for being really professional and easy to communicate with.
