Dr. Picard has wonderful chairside manner. I came to him after going to a chain optometrist with a problem with my contacts that the other optometrist could not figure out. Dr Picard diagnosed me and gave me a (successful) treatment plan within the first 10 minutes of my appointment! Since then I have been going to him for years. He is such a wonderful, professional doctor and really takes time to listen to patients. I recommend him without any reservations.

I just made a switch from my prior eye Dr. to Picard Family Optical. After my experience yesterday I am kicking myself for not changing sooner! Dr. Picard was so friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He made a recommendation for my glasses that I hadn't considered before and I think it's going to be just what I need! The process of choosing frames is usually stressful as I don't know what looks good and I just fumble about for quite awhile and end up picking something similar to what I had before. Denise and all the ladies helped me by grabbing frames to try on, weighing in with their opinions and making the experience FUN! While I was there several other patients came in and each person was greeted by name. I really felt the "family" in Picard Family Optical. If you aren't a patient, make the change. You will be so happy! :)
