Dave was thorough and made sure we understood all the recommendations. Each of the priority recommendations came with a timeline. He's extremely communicative and very easy to work with. His engineering background provides a better lens than you get with most inspectors. This was our 4th time experiencing a housing inspection so we had several experiences to compare this to.
If I could rate this company with 10 stars, I would! David truly did an exceptional job inspecting our house. He found some major issues that the previous inspector missed, and answered every question we could think of. We will be recommending his services to everyone we know. Thank you so much for an incredible job!
Dave is an outstanding inspector. He goes above and beyond the scope of the job. He will explain to you the issue(s) and also his inspection reports are top class. Did I mention he is a Civil Engineer which understands building structure and foundation. If I will need an House Inspector I know where to look for.
