I have worked with Independence Village in the past and they go above and beyond for their residents. You will feel that as soon as you walk in the door. Highly recommend for Senior Living!
Independence Village was an answer to a prayer! After touring approximately 15 different communities, I decided to call IVP on the recommendation from another facility. From the first phone call with Raena, to Mary’s welcoming spirit on move in day, we have been more than pleased with the community. The employees take a personal interest in the residents. They are treated with kindness and care. The residents are happy and relaxed as are the employees. Look around and tour several communities and you will see a difference in IVP from the moment you walk in!
From the day I first called Independence Village - Plymouth and spoke with Raena, I knew I was dealing with a facility very different than the other 15 I had called and visited. Right before I walked in to meet Raena, the community specialist, for the first time, I said to my sister, who accompanied me, "I have a good feeling about this place." And I was right! Raena was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. She answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable. The community is clean and relaxed and visually appealing.
