Once the project started, Connor was there to coordinate the different contractors that had to be there throughout the entire project. “We have had a great experience with Cowdin Design. They took our very dated bathroom and updated it into a beautiful oasis. Not only is the quality of their product great, they have a wonderful team to work with. They are trustworthy, communicative, and very clear with expectations. We were given a very solid estimate and any additional charges were discussed in a timely manner. They have a great flow starting with their design team (the amazing Phil and Olivia). Then there is a very deliberate hand off to the manager of the project who is a point person from start to finish. The contractors and subcontractors were all very respectful of our home and did good work. The project started and ended mostly as anticipated. No major delays or hold ups. We were also very grateful to the attention to detail. Everything from making sure Jon knew about our pets and the plan for them during the project to Julian’s meticulous layout of the bathroom tile.
