We had a leaking water heater over the weekend, put in some information to Home Advisor, and received a text from Justin at Woodhouse Plumbing within a half an hour on a Sunday when he was home with his family. I shot him some pictures and some more information, and he and his 2 co-workers came out the next day to replace the water heater. They were in and out very efficiently, were friendly, and answered all of our questions. Justin even emailed me later in the week with some more information he had found about water softener settings to preserve the life of the heater as long as possible.Very professional organization with quality work, and incredible customer service.... read full review

Our water softener system failed. Justin from Woodhouse plumbing was able to give me a reasonable quote for a new device plus installation. Overall experience was very positive. They were able to install my unit the next day upon my confirmation to do the project. On the day of installation, friendly and knowledgeable technicians were present including Justin. Workmanship was excellent and the installation was also completed within 1 hour. I absolutely recommend these guys without reservation.
