You are always so extremely helpful! I have had my taxes done by Star Accounting for years, and they are an amazing and reasonable price office to get my taxes done. Jim C. has helped me with my IRS audit, he helped my son with issues he had with filing out of state. My son never even had his tax return done at star accounting. The guy upstairs… Jim? Rudest person I’ve had to deal with in a long time. He talked over me, he talked down to me, he treated me like I was an idiot. Pretty sad when his employees are apologizing for his behavior. Everyone else has been very nice- Sarai was helpful and explained and walked us through a difficult tax prep.

Lee was very pleasant, professional, as well as helpful to my wife and I, as well as Mom. He wasn't pushy at all, even though we were somewhat last minute clients either. The office even called back the next day, bc after reviewing our stuff, they found a mistake made the previous year on Moms taxes by our previous Tax Preparer, needless to say, my wife and I were shocked!
