Laurie and the rest of the staff are very nice and very patient. They were very helpful during my original visit and after I picked up my glasses. She adjusted them so they fit perfectly

New 'spectacles' post cataract procedure...the staff were all friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.. they helped navigate the always MESSY insurance goat rodeo.. Once again very pleased with the folks and service available at the Plainwell office.. THANK YOU ALL!!

Chelsea and The Doctor were absolutely amazing! I went in to get glasses again since I was a child and they made the process so simple. Can’t wait to get my new glasses. Gotta get used to the again! ☺️
