I had knee replacement surgery in Feb. went to therapy thru June at Shelby office. Brittany & Elissa were (main contacts) fantastic...could not have done it without them.
John Krauss and the rest of the team at the Auburn location are fantastic … great knowledge, skills and interpersonal/professional interaction. I had great results following a rotator cuff tear, then surgery for a broken wrist and then an impinged nerve. Pain is gone and function is great. Thank you!!!
My therapist at the Southfield office is amazing and accommodating 5 ⭐️ On the other hand the front office staff is not so accommodating or efficient I have been a patient with OMPT for 3 or 4 of my surgeries for over the last 6 years at least, and I am really exhausted with my treatment being interrupted due to my paperwork not being processed in a timely manner to move forward at the point of requesting more visits from my provider I should be covered by the form that I signed to pay out of pocket if my insurance doesn’t pay Why have me complete forms if they are not honored?? Fed Up with this process at this location
