Ben was amazing and professional. The business has moved across the street, and he clearly explained how to get to the new location. I spoke with him 2 times on the phone and he was kind, professional, and helpful. He made sure he knew what service I was looking for and that he could help. He said I could come in, and did not need to make an appointment. A Helix piercing I have became loose and fell out. Ben reinserted it for me and made sure the existing jewelry was sterilized beforehand. Even though it was a simple fix, I was very impressed & will return for any future piercings!
Had my nose done last year and brought my 7 year old daughter in to get her ears done this weekend and Ben is fantastic he is courteous and informative and does fantastic with kids!!!
