“I had a boiler and water heater replacement/upgrade. I went from an 84% efficient boiler to a 95% efficient. I dont recall the water heater's efficiency. That was upgraded to an indirect water heater. Josh and Brad did a great job. The work looks great. The boiler and water heater work as to be expected. Their customer service is excellent. I will definitely be calling then when my basement remodel is ready to start.“

“Great experience, I requested and I person quote, the tech came out and did a detailed inspection of the install location and even got on the roof and inspected the chimney to give me the most accurate quote possible. The install team was quick and efficient. Brianna answered the phone and was super awesome. I had a small problem with the county inspector and Brianna took ownership of it and somehow got the county to come out same day and do my inspection which helped me out. She followed up twice to make sure it was comple and I was happy. It's not often you have an employee that takes ownership and follows thru like that. “Had used DeHaan previously on a different home and decided to give them a try again. I was converting from a 120 gallon electric water heater to a Navien PE-240A2 - 199,000 BTU Indoor / Outdoor Advanced High Efficiency Condensing Tankless Water Heater and control panel.

There were 3 workers who arrived exactly when they said they would be there. Were polite and listened to what I was attempting to do as far as aesthetics. They began right away. There were a few areas that I asked for them to correct as I am a stickler for detail and they did not hesitate to fix it the way I wanted it so long as it met code. Install took about 6.5-7 hours to do, but everything worked great on first run. No leaks, and adjusted control panel, tested water temp and worked great. They cleaned up everything and hauled away my old tank.

Once again, would highly recommend DeHaan and Abe. They installed this at an extremely affordable rate compared to others.
