We're new to the area and moved at the time my dog was due for her annual boosters and well check visit. The Appointment Coordinator at Bluegrass Animal Clinic was very helpful! She was able to get her in quickly and assisted me in sending over my pup's medical records so when we arrived at her appointment, we didn't have to fill out paperwork! The staff was so welcoming and helped my nervous pup negotiate thru the appointment. When they took her out of the exam room for blood work, I heard several employees praising her with a good dog! The Veterinarian was professional, thorough, calm, and to the point. Great service at an affordable price!
I have a cat that has epilepsy due to brain damage, and we LOVE Ozark's Dr, I'm not sure what's going to happen in a month once she retires, other than we're going to seriously miss her!!
We went here to do an amputation of out twelve year old cats toe after another vet quoted us more than twice as much. We were very stressed and upset and these people really came through for us and our boy. Very friendly and took good care of him. Recommend this place.
