I have a horrible needle phobia, so blood work is very high anxiety for me. I have to say Alexis T in Pipp's lab, she was calm and cool, laid me down as I fainted prior, suggested I put my headphones on, and before I knew it she poked, got a vein on the first try, and pulled 7 vials in no time. So 100-star review to Pipp Lab, Alex T. phlebotomist!
My husband received excellent care there and was weaned off the tracheotomy. He was returned to the hospital due to a bacterial infection they caught there and is now in rehab and doing well.
