I have visited OMPT in Plainwell for physical therapy following surgery as well as for injury. Last month I completed therapy following a surgery. I was pleased with the progress we made and the way I was treated. The care was excellent. The entire staff is knowledgable and professional. The facility is very clean in every respect I highly recommend OMPT Specialists in Plainwell. They have a great team !!!

We had received excellent care from Avink, McCowen and Secord Funeral Home and Cremation Society of Plainwell. Even though we only had a cremation with no service they provided wonderful care and services thereafter. We would definitely recommend their services they were very helpful.
The crew (Ivan, Grady, and Cliff) were super professional and did a great job. The deck from our new sunroom is really solid and looks great. From the beginning of the project to the end, the communications were excellent and the end result is beautiful. And they did a great job cleaning up when they finished. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
They are working on the parking lots in my apartments - which means we have to park elsewhere while they work. They are amazing. Excellent work and everyone working every minute to get the job done. I am super impressed and won’t have to be out of my parking area as long since they are extremely efficient.
Highly recommend!! We recently had our windows replaced, some even expanded and we couldn’t be happier with the quality job Howe did! Our windows were the originals from when our house was built 60 years ago and well over due for a facelift. We extended the bedroom windows from 36” to 53”, replaced our front picture window and had a new privacy window added in our shower. Crew was efficient, respectful and didn’t leave a single bread crumb behind. Gary was quick to get us on schedule before our new baby arrives because one of the windows that needed expanded was in the nursery. Thanks guys for going above and beyond!!

Josh and his team did a wonderful job painting the interior of our home. There was even an issue that came up which was outside of their control and they resolved the issue quickly and with great customer service.

Highly recommend Rick for all things furnace and A/C. He maintained my dad's oil burning furnace at his cottage on Schnauble Lake for years. He's installed our replacement furnance a couple years ago. He just finished replacement of our home A/C. He's efficient and his service costs are very affordable.

We hired S and S Custom Builders to do a partial kitchen remodel, install new stair treads and risers, drywall above shower fixtures, and reinforce a deck that was sagging. They did a great job! Scott is meticulous with his work and is eager to make you happy. Scott and his crew were friendly, and took time to explain each job they were performing. They were professional and did a nice job cleaning up after themselves at the end of each work day. A great group of experienced builders. We were very pleased. The petal company and Sarah are the best!!! I couldn’t recommend booking them more. Sarah is a pro, especially when it comes to weddings at Bay Pointe. She listened to our vision and color palette and her recommendations were so helpful. The set up all the flowers through our reception and ceremony and were absolutely gorgeous. She was great at communicating and also so personable. It was a pleasure working with Sarah and I would do it all over again. Don’t hesitate to book petal company!

Don't walk, RUN. Run far from this business. I WAS a happy customer for 5 years, starting at the Allegan location. I had an issue just the one time. I bought a month tanning package, barely got tan. Spent $69 on lotion. When I used the stand up the one time, I got some great color. I showered the next day and the tan washed right off. Never in my years of tanning have I had this happen. I brought the issue to the Manager, she told me she would talk with the owner and get back to me. She never got back to me. I tried calling and went into the salon several times to resolve this issue. I messaged on both of the locations Facebook account. Didn't even receive a response. Called again and caught the owner when she answered the phone, and she said she was aware about everything that had happened. She had not contacted me at all, though. It took me TWO WEEKS to actually hear from the owner, only because I had called yet again. She agreed to meet up with me the next day in person. The next day, she messages me from her personal Facebook account saying she has to reschedule for later that day. I get there, and she arrives 15 minutes late. She then spends the next hour telling me how this whole experience is my fault because of my "make up" of my body. She was rude, disrespectful, and could careless anything that I had to say. She was beyond unprofessional. She didn't talk to me like a customer, nor did she treat me with any respect whatsoever. She was so unkind it was to the point where I was almost in tears. I would never treat another person that way, and definitely not treat a customer that way. Clearly I have wasted hundreds of dollars with this "business." The most unprofessional and beyond rude owners of a business that I have ever dealt with.

For my wedding, me and my small bridal party went to Perfect Image Salon and absolutely loved all of our hair, makeup, and nails. Kristina did an amazing job on my hair and makeup!! I got so many compliments on my hair!!! I go there regularly for hair and have only ever had positive experiences! Everyone is so friendly and the salon is so cute!

She understood our daughter's style immediately and provided enough great pics for every senior Sunday! We loved receiving digital files to use for whatever we needed (like a graduatio party banner.)
