We signed up for their membership that included annual servicing of our furnace and AC. During the winter furnance inspection, we learned our heat exchange on our 25 yro furnace was cracked. It was inevitable. We knew when we bought our home that we would need a new furnace. They offered us three different options, and we went with the mid price. They quoted us a flat rate up front. The install took nearly the full day. The technicians did a great job, and we have had no issues. My husband said 10/10!
They came back for a six month checkup and cleaned the compressor outside and checked functionality. The tech found an electrical disconnect that was cracked and had the parts to replace it on the spot. Feeling confident in my system!
