Personal Service! I was looking for a new tankless water heater. I called 2 other places that wanted hundreds of dollars to simply come out to look. PP talked to me on the phone, and shared an estimate cost based on "normal conditions". Said if I was interested, they would come out to view the work area to confirm the estimate (free of charge). They came out, the estimate did not change and set up a day to do the work. Said they would arrive at around 9, and did. They thought it would take them until around 3-5pm, they got done at 430.
