Brett was extremely helpful in attending our needs. We needed to test the venting for our hood to determine if an air balancing system would be required for our home following a mechanical inspection. Despite being busy, Brett fit us in his schedule. Prior to our meeting he took the time to explain all the options that were available to us, and explained what he would do during his visit. Following the appointment he wrote a professional report of his findings for us to share with the inspector. Very nice guy, and very professional!
