Checking in was easy, girl who helped with all my scans and chart input was personable and calming, doctor very knowledgeable, patient, and input was valid.
Checking out to find frames took a little longer I like, but girl very good at helping find frames and lens tone. Patient and knowledgeable with all 3 interactions
Just incredibly bright which I dislike
Really enjoyed Dr. Baltiettra. I had been experiencing some issues with my eyes when taking my glasses off and he's been the first person to really listen and figure out what my eyes are doing and why. Calla was awesome with helping me pick glasses and even called me post appointment to let me know she looked at the wrong prior set of glasses and already ordered me my warranty lenses because she knew I mentioned they were scratched badly, which I think is exceptional customer service! I moved to Howell but I'll still drive to Pinckney for this office.
