J and B came through in a pinch. My in-laws furnace went out and with the sub-freezing temps their house was losing heat quick. They were quick to respond on a Saturday no less. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They really went out of their way to help me out. I truly appreciate you guys!

From Michigan Ave you go to Stanford rd and turn towards back of building towards scale ....you stop on scale and go to window for check in then they tell you where to go usually docks are at different location
Google lists them as open on Saturday. I drove there and they ended up being closed. I realize google is not always accurate so I wasn’t too surprised.However a staff member stopped at their shop while I was sitting there. I asked for some advice and he even checked his stock for the item I needed. He was very nice and very knowledgeable. Even though he did not have the fix for my problem. I have an amana furnace which is a different brand furnace from what they carry. He did directed me to different heating and cooling company who helped get my furnace up and running.I am thankful for his help and for the heat!
What a nice place! Incredibly clean. They have taken such precautions to keep everyone safe. I have had a massage with Deb. It was so wonderful. I just tried one of the hairdressers. It was a great cut & color! Definitely a place to return to!
