Staff of this location do not answer the phone during business hours. It is nearly impossible to schedule an appointment via phone due to this problem. We're beginning to feel as though we are being "ghosted" by our so-called healthcare professionals. Leaving messages also does not get a response. I would highly suggest you find a different healthcare facility if this how they are going to treat their patients.

The staff at Alcona Health Center in Pickford, Michigan are an awesome team. They are courteous and professional. Always a smile and helpful attitude. FNP-C Katie Lehigh is so current with medical knowledge. Her skills impress me. I trust her to deliver top health care guidance and direction. I can honestly say she is the best! She has been managing my health care with such expertise. If you want top health care go to AHC in Pickford. Ask for Katie Lehigh. You won't be disappointed

I am always impressed with Pickford Medical Clinic. The office staff are friendly and professional. The nurses are thorough and kind. Catherine Lehigh NP is always professional and compassionate. She shows a genuine interest in my personal welfare. I appreciate how she takes the time to listen to my concerns and her responses are explained in a way I can understand. I do not feel rushed and when I leave I feel confident that I received excellent and confidential medical care.Thank you.
