In the office, Christine was very helpful in getting the appointment scheduled and constant communication letting me know when to expect Corey. He arrived on time and was very pleasant to talk to. He was also extremely knowledgeable in the issue I was having with my boat’s refrigeration. The issue was quickly resolved and it’s been working great ever since. Condenser motor fan decided to separate itself from the motor hub. Jason was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get the part ordered. Once in, he returned and installed, now all is well again. Very happy with this company. Prompt, professional, great communication. I love that they send a text saying they're on the way with a picture of the tech that is coming. For an elderly customer (I am not) this would be a great point of assurance.
