I would highly recommend Up North Wellness and Massage for anyone looking for a customized massage. They are amazing, and are patient focused to their specific needs. Liz and Sarah are wonderful! I always leave feeling amazing and peaceful!
I wish I could give 10 stars! Sarah is amazing and so accommodating with appointment times. She really takes the time to help you identify areas that may need a little more TLC and I always feel so amazing after a session. I can't recommend her enough!
