I did the 3 hour "Studio Harbor Retreat + CBD Focused Treatment" with Recovery Nap with the infrared biomat. The Studio Harbor Ashiatsu + Massage studio is amazing, and Carla's work blew me away. I been wanting to do the Ashiatsu method for a few years now, so I'm very happy. She also did the Gua Sha scrapping technique, which was my first time trying. The whole 3-hour massage is a must experience!
Carla is a great massage therapist and really knows what she's doing. I highly recommend her Ashiatsu services for a nice deep tissue massage. The environment is super relaxing and comforting.
My experience with Studio Harbor Ashiatsu & Massage was superb. Carla was helping me with several challenging and puzzling issues as a result of surgeries and some nerve impingement. Her knowledge, expertise and thoroughness were exceptional and her massage techniques were nothing short of incredible.
