Apparently the person who is managing multiple locations was yelling at her staff? Is this not the 21st century? Office seems to be running under the assumption that we are still in the 1400s.

It seems every time I go in to try being seen by a Doctor that there’s no walk in availability.Even after making an appointment- which I had to wait a month for- they ended up calling me 20 minutes before my appointment canceling because of an emergency. Telling me that they would call me back to reschedule.Ha, I waited a week- they never called me back. I ended up calling them to reschedule. The soonest they said I could be seen is in March.I’ve been waiting months now for this stupid appointment. And they refuse to refill my medication until they see me, so I’ve been out of my meds for the past month or so now.This place is going downhill fast.

I’m not sure “Urgent Care” exists here. A family member had a knee injury. No blood, nothing broken, just lots of pain. Have been to this facility before and it was great….not so much anymore. Arrived and were promptly told “Appointments only” and no openings today. Waiting room was empty as was most of the parking area!!! We were directed to go the the Emergency Room. Kinda flies in the face of the purpose of Urgent Care clinics!
