Convenient Quality Care.The RN at this location is kind, efficient and thorough. My daughter was scheduled and seen same day. The RN and NP worked as a team through the telehealth platform and were able to provide the care we needed in a timely manner. The convenience of a same day appointment with out the long wait time is priceless. We will definitely be returning for our quick care needs.

Dana is a gem ?. She went out of her way to get my Mom the help she needed. When other places wouldn't help, Dana stepped up making it possible for my Mom to be seen virtually by a nurse practitioner and help get the blood work she needed. Dana was very patient, kind, courteous and thorough. All with a smile on her face and a good attitude. My Mom and I felt we were important and cared for! Thank you Dana, for making a stressful situation fade away.Randy was the virtual nurse practitioner. With all we were dealing with, she took the time to listen, never trying to hurry us. I liked the whole experience of my care. I was symptomatic and needed urgent help for a UTI. The RN was present and prepared me for the virtual visit with the NP. Both professionals were knowledgeable and personable. I was diagnosed accurately and medication was sent directly to my pharmacy. They answered my questions and gave honest feedback. The vital sign “command post” was very effective. The only item I felt uneasy about is the BP reading; it’s visible to the patient thus perhaps exacerbating an elevated BP. All in all I would return for urgent care here.
