My elderly mother had a water leak that affected 3 levels. Travis and his crew were there within 2 hours and in full gear. From the cleanup to the restoration Lake Effect handled the process. Our main contact was a wonderful man by the name of Boyd. We will always be so thankful for the job that was done but most importantly how Travis and Boyd treated my mother. This is aFirst class operation.
We recently worked with Lake Effect after a water issue. Boyd was over within 30 minutes of the disaster call and had a plan of action nearly on the spot. Boyd communicated well throughout and nailed the planned timeline. I highly recommend this company when unexpected disaster strikes.
