I called to inquire about getting help with my tax returns. The man who answered the phone pompous and frankly rude. Every question I asked was parroted to another man who was equally rude. "good luck finding someone". As a business owner I hope my employees do not treat my customers with appalling phone edict. As a small business owner I would never think of treating potential customers with ill-mannered and curt behavior. I hope they do not treat the IRS that way.... read full review
