Thank You Carrie for your beautiful grooming of our Willie Boy James. I was so happy to see him, I failed to share with you how cute he looks & what a great job you did...even though he kept "planking" Hope to see you next summer!!!

Gail and her staff - and I mean everyone - are fantastic! My wife and I have taken our dogs - now one dog since we brokenheartedly had to put one of our beagles, Mayday, down in August at age 17+ - there for several years. The staff is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and caring toward the animals - with the dogs pulling excitedly on their leashes to go INTO the facility, unlike some kennels that we have used over the years. I can only speak personally of their care for canines, but, judging on the care they have always given our dogs, I am certain that their care is equally exceptional with any animals that they are equipped to board. They are our go-to kennel in the Northern Michigan area. To be honest, we have also received very good care from the local Humane Society. I gave them a "5 Star" rating, but that was only because YELP would not permit me to give them "10 Stars"! You can trust any fur buddy with them - and I believe, but am not sure, that they also board birds.

We had just moved from Alaska to Northern Michigan , I have 2 small poodles and was in need of a pet sitter to watch our dogs so we could close on our house . They were so overly nice and accepted us for a last minute boarding . Their place was clean and the staff is so friendly. I would recommend them to everyone . My dogs can't wait to go there again .
