Last summer my parents hot water tank had major issues and caused their entire basement to have mold everywhere. I called 911 Restoration because there were not many companies to choose from up north and they were the only company that had only 5 stars. I am so glad I chose them. It was a holiday weekend and Jeff still came to the house to check it out. I have never dealt with anything like this and Jeff was so kind and helped walk me through dealing with the insurance company and even talked with them too as I was caring for my ill parents. These folks were recommended to me and they did not disappoint. They came quickly and extracted the water from my carpet that had oozed out of my hot water heater. Then when other workers from a different company resoaked the carpet, Koah came back out at 6 pm and re-extracted. Completely didn’t expect them to do that but they went above and beyond.
The 911 Restoration team has done a wonderful job restoring our recently finished basement to its original pristine condition. Sump pump died and we stumbled on a flood during a week of rain.We couldn’t be happier with the professional and skilled team - from Mario’s thoughtful management to the skilled crew of Albert, James, Pat and Randy. All on deadline before children and grandkids arrived. Thank you!!!
