As soon as he looked at the equipment, he instantly knew what the problem was and replaced a faulty piece of equipment. He was professional, personable, efficient, and skilled. “Pro Services were amazing in assisting with our recent HVAC issues. Right at the beginning of a heat wave our AC started to have issues and would not run properly. A service technician was able to visit our home and troubleshoot our unit. We did replace both our AC and furnace as the units were quite old. In less then a day multiple technicians were able to install everything before the temperatures became unbearable. Everyone we worked with were extremely friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC work and 100% will use them again, as we have plans to build a new home in a few years.“

“I had a boiler and water heater replacement/upgrade. I went from an 84% efficient boiler to a 95% efficient. I dont recall the water heater's efficiency. That was upgraded to an indirect water heater. Josh and Brad did a great job. The work looks great. The boiler and water heater work as to be expected. Their customer service is excellent. I will definitely be calling then when my basement remodel is ready to start.“
