Called regarding a scheduled an appointment, had to cancel abruptly due to family emergency… I have been a patient for over a decade, had a family emergency today and when I called to canceled and explain, his secretary said ‘let me put you on hold’…when she picked up the line she rudely informed me I should find another dentist as ’he couldn’t afford’ to see patients cancel regularly’. and that I had a balance on my account…I hope he closes his practice what a joke, I’ve never been a patient of his for almost a decade, his office never told me I had a balance nor sent me a bill, maybe time for him or his secretary to retire…I inquired as to when...read full review
