I have gone to Dr Gano since I was a child and I used to trust his office. My work recently switched dental insurance, and at my last visit I provided them with my new information. I was told my insurance was run and that I was good to go, I was not told that they were an out of network office for my new insurance. I was just very rudely requested to pay a $92 bill on a service that would have been covered 100% if they had bein network. I have gone to this office for over ten years. It's a very comfortable environment, everyone is super friendly and they're great with children. If you're someone who is nervous about going to the dentist, I don't think you could ask for a more relaxed environment. Dr. Gano is very knowledgeable, skilled at dental work, and I've never felt pushed to do more work than necessary. I've found them to be very flexible and understanding when it comes to insurance and scheduling issues. I couldn't ask for more in a dental office.

Dr.Gano did excellent work on my teeth. He's very humble, down to earth, and has wonderful hands. Didn't feel anything! The staff are super nice and the office is very clean. Highly recommended ?
