My fiancé hired this company to do a DEEP CLEANING at our home. We paid $650.00 for this service and did not receive it. I will start off by saying, they were prompt and on time. We appreciated that. However, that doesn’t make up for everything else. They ruined items for my wedding with NO apology. She (Dreama) flat out said sorry you’re not getting your money back and we’re not coming back for free. I listed almost 20 different things I found in my home that were not done or found dirty. The owner Drama (Pronounced Dream-a) is a wonderful person. She is a woman of faith and a hard worker. I have not had the opportunity to use her service, but I would because I am confident that she will and does a great job.
