We called and setup an appointment. We were told the tech would be out the next day between 4pm and 6pm. When tech failed to show by 5pm we called for an eta. Kotz representatives told us that the tech had been to the house at noon and no one was home. They showed up early with no phone call. Not expecting them we went somewhere cooler. Kotz then refused to send a tech out. Told us it was our fault that someone should have been home all day in case they came early. They wanted us to reschedule and wait two more days without AC.

So we called Goyette.

Scheduled a duct replacement/install estimate 2/12. Had to call several times that week to follow up on the initial visit. Finally spoke with the tech 2/15 and he said he hasn’t had time to write it up, but gave me a broad number and wasn’t sure if it was for what I was asking for, but he would follow up. It’s 2/21 and I still have no estimate.I was literally trying to give this business my money and I can’t get an estimate. Not a great experience.

I received a postcard from Kotz for maintenance on my furnace for a special rate, so I made an appointment. I didn’t work the morning of the appointment so I could be there. I received a call from Allen saying he was 2 minutes away. I then received a call from the secretary that Allen wasn’t coming because they don’t service my area. I told her that their company sent me a post card, and she said we don’t control where the postcards get sent. So because of the company’s incompetence I waisted my morning and lost money from not working. I definitely would not recommend this company ever.Service: Repair HVAC
