I very briefly described what I was looking for and she ran with it - the outcome was even better than I'd hoped for. And beyond that, the experience of chatting and getting to know her was so pleasant and enjoyable - that's important when you're spending hours in a chair with someone! I live out of state, but now plan to come back to Artform the next time I need my hair done. It's that good!“
