This was the first time our dog had been to a boarding facility and we were very nervous about leaving him. While we were gone, we enjoyed looking at the pictures posted on social media so we could see how much fun he was having. It was easy for me to call and pay over the phone so we could have someone else pick him up. The bath on the day of pick up was so nice! Can't say enough good things about our experience. Thank you!

[UPDATE from 3 to 4 stars because the owner cared enough to call me & discuss this review.]I utilized the kennel boarding services of My Best Friend's Inn 2 times with very different experiences.1st Visit = 5 StarsDec 2016 (2 dogs/2 weeks)2nd Visit = 1 StarJuly 2023 (2 dogs/3 days)Combined review = 3 StarsDEC 2016: Communication, scheduling, drop-off, and pick-up were ALL GREAT! I was told exactly what was required & had no issues. BONUS: I viewed frequent photos on their social media of my dogs playing throughout their stay.
