Finding a groomer who could handle her condition with care and gentleness was crucial, and Sunrise Side Grooming Salon exceeded all our expectations.The staff, especially those who directly handled Athena, were always attentive to her special needs. They ensured she was comfortable throughout the grooming process, taking extra care with her hips. Their expertise and kindness made a significant difference in her grooming experience.Athena always looked beautiful and felt great after each visit, thanks to the professional and compassionate care she received at Sunrise Side.Sadly, Athena recently passed away, but the love and care she received at Sunrise Side Grooming Salon throughout her life brought her great comfort and joy. I am deeply grateful for their dedicated service and highly recommend them to any pet owner, especially those with pets needing special attention.
Scott is one of the most professional people I have every worked with. Our home in Oscoda is a vacation home for us and 3 hours away. Anytime I need something, Scott responds in a latter of minutes and gets over to the house with an amazing sense of urgency.I got a notification that my furnace stopped working late last night (thank god for smart thermostats), I text Scott this morning and he text me back in 5 minutes and was at the house within an hour and had the furnace working again in 20 minutes of being there.He is extremely fair and truly does the right thing.If you have any HVAC or Plumbing needs there is no need to call anyone else.Services: HVAC system repair

This is an awesome group of people! We were up in Oscoda for a long weekend camping and pulling our travel trailer when our breaks went out. They got us in first thing on a Friday morning, and because we were stranded, they took us to the beach, and came snd picked us up when the work was done.The price was what ai would expect to pay anywhere, but the service was amazing!
I had called on Tuesday to order my Mom some flowers, for delivery tomorrow (Friday) which is her 60th birthday. Of course I found out today that my Mom decided to take tomorrow off last minute. I called Enchanted Blooms in hopes that they may be able to deliver today, or possibly on Tuesday since Monday is Memorial Day. Debbie was so amazing-- she was able to fulfill the last minute change, and I am so so grateful. My Mom was absolutely floored by the flowers-- they're so fresh, beautiful and vibrant. ? Thank you again and again!

I have taken my dogs there on two different occasions. And I by no means have a calm easy dog. But they did wonderful with the hyper one and told me to bring her back any time. My babies were both in good spirits when I picked them up. Allan is a very sweet person and you can tell he’s a total dog person. I didn’t feel like they were a bother to them at all. I appreciate them so much!! Thank you for taking care of my babies

It is a blessing having Mary and her staff to take care of other kiddos and I whenever we've gotten sick and also on staff. If one of the boys have an incident at school couldn't ask for better
Although this review is a longer one, I recommend reading it and seeing how great of an experience we had with Shoreline. We have a house in Oscoda with a cinder block shower in the basement. It was definitely an afterthought back in the day and it was getting to the point where paint was peeling and it was molding at the bottom (even with a dehumidifier) so it was time to get a proper shower. In addition, the shower is located right under the steps to the basement, so there is a weird angle for one part of the ceiling which can be hard to deal with when it comes to tiling the shower. I am part of an Oscoda Facebook group and I posted an announcement for recommendations on any local company that renovates showers. After a few days, multiple people recommended Shoreline and one lady even posted her finished shower to show how great it looked. My family contacted Dave (the owner) back around April 2023 to come out for an estimate and he was able to come during the weekend which was a plus since we live downstate and are only up in Oscoda mainly during the weekends. When he came for the estimate, we knew from that day on that we were going to go with his business. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable about what our options were, he was a pleasure to talk to and he was never pushy, items that can't be said for a lot for other home renovation companies, anywhere. Additionally, my family asked if he was familiar with window replacement and if he could build a vinyl railing around our back door for more support with our steps, both of which he said he was able to tackle in addition to the shower.Dave and the team started our shower in late August 2023 and finished the shower, windows and railing around September 25th. For our shower, we decided to install a stationary and handheld showerhead, a bench, a niche in the wall for soaps, a glass door, tile all around and a flush ceiling light.Throughout the entire process, Dave texted me pictures and updates about each job while I was downstate. It was an awesome experience to see the process rather than just the before and after pictures. In addition, when we came up north during the renovations, I let Dave know just so he was aware and you could tell that the team cleaned everything up and had all of the materials piled in the shower, it was incredible.After Dave and the team completed the projects, we went up north and we were thrilled with the results. I found myself often staying in the basement, looking in awe at the beautiful shower, amazed how great it turned out considering what we had before. Everything turned out great, even the tiling where the ceiling was at a different angle for the steps above. The railing looks fantastic as well and matches the one on the other side of our house that was built by another company around 25 years ago. The windows also looks fantastic. They are in our porch and are the crank-out style. They open and close with ease, have built-in screens and look like they've always been there.I attached pictures of our finished shower, railing and windows. We are still blown away with how great everything turned out and how great it was to work with Dave and Shoreline. The customer service is fantastic and we couldn't be happier.We are so happy we went with Shoreline and would recommend them to anyone!
We just recently lost my dad January 12 and he passed away in Ann Arbor VA and they went and got him brought him back here to Oscoda Buresh Funeral Home and we seen dad before he was cremated it was appreciated more than any words could express they are very warm and caring,Thank You once again.

Hartman replaced our three roofs back in the late 90s and they were fantastic back then so we knew who to call when we saw that it was time to get the roofs replaced this summer. We called and Al was extremely professional and respectful and was able to break down when we would be on the schedule and how to go about choosing the type and color of shingles for our roofs. During the installation, the crew was on time every day and worked extremely hard until around 5 or 6PM during the three day installation period. They also did a great job protecting the buildings with wood boards so no damage was done with the old roofing material falling down. There was a girl on the crew and she did an excellent job cleaning up and removing the old shingles and she spent a long time walking around with a magnet looking for missed nails and staples. We have a house downstate that had a roof done around five years ago and we are still finding nails and staples downstate and so far, we haven't found any left over from Hartman. The crew also seemed to enjoy themselves as they were singing every day and making each other laugh. We will continue to use Hartman down the road and recommend them to anyone!Service: Roof installation
tried to return returnables that I bought from the store and guy at register tells me if his machine doesn't take them he won't return them after I paid the deposit to the store guy needs to be fired 8/31/24

Amazing atmosphere, the staff is friendly, warm, and cooperative. They greet me with happy faces all the time. I don't tan anywhere else in Oscoda nor do I take my family of 5 (2 girls 3 boys) anywhere else to get their haircuts! Highly recommend!! ? ? ? ?Also, if you need a good Mani/Pedi Mel is your girl!
