He went above and beyond to make sure the insurance company covered items they did not want to. My favorite part is that him and his team take their time to make the job is done right. My neighbors would have 15 people on their roof with zero oversight and somehow the whole job was done in a few hours. Where as Tim and his team were small and took their time to make sure it was done right. I know the quality and workmanship will be there vs my neighbors whose work was done by storm chasers that only cared about having it done by lunch.
