I have always had good experiences with deliveries, and their products and prices have always been acceptable. My only complaint is the customer service offered by one particular male employee who works the front desk occasionally. I wish I had his name, but he’s always been extremely disrespectful the few times I’ve had to converse with him. The one time, he asked what kind of truck I had when I ordered a half yard of fill sand, and when I told him I had a Nissan Frontier, he just laughed out loud in my face without any elaboration. We ordered 5 yards of the crushed limestone and are very pleased with their service. They had the best pricing from all of the other local places that I had called and were able to deliver it next day. Very easy to work with.

So far we’ve had 3 different deliveries of 15 yds of topsoil each (so 45 yds total!) to our home in Clarkston. The staff that answer the phone are helpful and knowledgeable. They took detailed descriptions of where we wanted the dirt dumped and that information was relayed to the truck driver every time. It takes about a week between placing the order and getting it delivered, which is fine. Ted delivered the dirt the first 2 times and Roy did it the 3rd time. Both called us before they got there and were super friendly.
