I've been here for my first time it was so precious because they still have the old-school laundry machines. I have not seen one for over 20 years. This place is quiet and more older people come better than going somewhere and it is so ghetto. They also do your chores for you with a great price. Life is not always what you aspecting, but if you are busy, they are there to do your chores. You just have to register yourself first.

While drying our clothes we ran into a problem with a dryer that was broken. The manager said “oh yea that one is broke” , why isn’t it marked we asked , “the owner just pulls off the signs “ was the response .so what should we do, “just put more money in”. Terrible business management. How can you run a business like that? Not investing in reliable machines and not reimbursing customers for faulty equipment that wasn’t marked. Never going back there.

I've dealt with worse, but definitely could have been better. The staff was kind enough but the machines are confusing especially of you've never done coin laundry before and I'm told one thing by one employee and then something different from another. Just be mindful there's a ton of machines in there and some of them are out of order.
