We just moved to LO and didn’t have a PCP. I’ve had to see Rachel twice and my son once. Easy scheduling, super fast- no wait to be seen, and very thorough appointments w Rachel. Highly recommended!
I took my daughter in on a Sunday night 20 minutes before they were closing. Both front desk staff and nurse practitioner were so very empathic and friendly. We were the only ones there so we were in and out in no time.
SO friendly and efficient; they were short staffed and Jessie, our provider came in so quickly and took my son’s vitals and everything herself, got us in and out which is SO helpful with a sick kiddo! I am so appreciative to her great care!
