“my water heater was leaking and i called several plumbers and no one could do it for a week or two and the prices were out rages i called superior plumbing on Saturday morning talked to Kevin and he gave me a price over the phone and i said ok when and he said Monday morning one of the guys showed up at about 830 9 am and replaced the heater and added some plumbing valves and new lines and took the old one away for one very resonible price im happy with the services i will use them when ever i need plumbing done great work guys nice pleasant people very god work call them when you need the job done right and good“

“We have an expensive fireplace unit that has had never ending issues since the date of install last year. The company that sold/installed the unit didn't care to back the product (even while under warranty) and after a few service calls began giving us the run around. We ultimately believe that this other company was in over their heads and did not understand how to service/fix what they sold us. We were so completely frustrated and unsure of who to trust. ***Enter Brandon and Blue Fire HVAC. They were referred to us by some friends that recently used their fireplace services. Brandon and Chris showed up the first time, diagnosed the issue and took an extensive amount of time applying a possible solution. They were timely, professional and focused. When that solution didn't hold up, Brandon took the initiative to track down our fireplace manufacturer AND the Design Engineer. He promptly showed up to our house again and went to work. We believe the unit is finally fixed and could not be more grateful for Blue Fire going the extra mile to take care of us. We will refer them to anyone we know, and will be lifetime customers. “Dan and his team are the type of people you want to work with when stuff goes wrong. They are not one of those big corporations that just wants to charge you whatever they can without doing the right thing. Our blower motor went out on our furnace during the hottest week of the year and in years. Dan was able to get out the same day and then came back and replaced our furnace the very next day. The other company wanted us to sink $2,000 into an 8 year old furnace and initially said they couldn’t come out for another two weeks. Dan made recommendations for me as well to improve overall airflow and was so easy to communicate with. “Our A/C unit was not working and called Comfort King. They promptly returned our call and let us know they were swamped and 2 weeks out. This was not the end of the conversation. He asked about what the unit was doing and gave us options to try and fix it ourselves. This is very impressive! He even explained where to look for things to check. We did fix the unit but will be calling them if we have issues in the future. Great customer service!“
