I highly recommend Lissa. She did absolutely amazing with my son who's 14 and very picky about his hair and who he let's touch it. He loves his hair and we've officially found our new hair place.
made an 11:30am appointment. showed up 10 minutes early. girl proceeds to call me as I'm standing at the front desk to ask if she could push my appointment back. gives me some big long story about a friend of hers and why she's running behind. I said, "my appointment asked for first available..." as I looked at the other barbers without clients in the shop. she just winced and said "yeah... I'll get to you ASAP." I sat there for 45 minutes as 4 other people came right in and we're immediately seated. during this time, one of the barbers had the time to go outside and smoke a joint before she cut a little boys hair.
