10/16/18 One star...Don't bother trying to get an appointment. Never returns calls or texts. I even stopped by the spa and talked with her and she was very nice and told me to to text her again, which I did. Still no word from her.10/23/18. Updated to three stars!! I have been contacted. Hopefully we can get together for an appointment. I hope so anyway.
