Initially, I tried to save some money by listing my house for sale by owner. In 25 days, I had only 5 showings and received two offers that were $15k and $20k less than the asking price. Erin was amazing to work with. She was professional and relatable and put us at ease right away. She helped us through our first time selling a home and kept us informed throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond when our basement flooded after we moved out of state as well. Highly recommend her and the team.
